Once you walk up 2 flights of stairs you are welcomed to sit at any table in the location. Their menu has quite a few options so it took us a while to look over. We have heard a lot about Without Papers and we decided to try it out.

The Interior

There are tables to seat maybe 60 people, and it is all open to the kitchen so you can watch the chef throw the dough in the air for the pizza. It has a really cool vibe, plus a huge bonus was that Mr. Magoo, an old cartoon I used to watch as a kid, was playing on the two walls. Brings me back to my childhood.

The Food

We decided to share a couple pizzas.

We got the Let’s Meat Again for $22. It has ground chuck, capicollo, wild boar sausage and meatballs. It is a meat lovers dream, all the best meats.

We also ordered the Tree Hugger for $19. We didn’t get the Black Olives, it has roasted garlic panna, sun dried tomato, red onion and bell peppers. It is absolutely delicious.

The pizza was not greasy at all and it was delicious and amazing.

To finish the meal our waitress suggested trying the Tiramisu for $10. It was delicious, you can taste all the flavours. We had said we would have liked to taste the liquor a little more, but it was really good and made in house. Tasted similar to the tiramisu that my mom makes.

The Service

The employees were very helpful and kind. We got our food in a timely manner and everything was delicious.
