Bold Pizzeria

We drove all the way to Kamloops and was in serious need of food. When we searched for what  were the best places to eat, Bold Pizzeria popped up in our search. After taking a look at their menu we decided to head on over.

The Interior

This location is attached to the mall, but there is a separate entrance on the outside to enter. There is around 20 tables and you can watch them make your pizza right in front of you. At the tables, there is pizza boxes ready if you plan on taking some of your pizza home with you.

The Food

There is so many amazing options that you can select from. After looking over and reading all of the amazing descriptions we decided on a couple pizzas.

We started with the Bruschetta for $10. It comes with house made bread sliced really thin, drizzled in balsamic. The bruschetta had chunky tomatoes and large pieces of garlic mixed together. It was really delicious.

We got a Prosciutto Arugula pizza and added red onion to it for $16. The house made tomato sauce was absolutely delicious. It felt so light and it was cooked perfectly.

We also got a Fungo Formaggio for $16.50. It was so delicious, the mushrooms were cooked so perfectly. The addition of garlic sauce and cooked gouda was so delicious.

The pizza was not greasy at all and that thin crust was absolutely amazing!

After the meal we decided to try some desserts. They have have trio of desserts for $12. We had the Pumpkin Caramel Cheesecake, the Chocolate Gelato, and the Creme Brûlée. The Pumpkin Caramel Cheesecake was so delicious, the subtle hint of pumpkin with the caramel was amazing. The Chocolate Gelato was very rich and full of chocolate. The Creme Brûlée was the best we have ever had, great vanilla flavour with perfectly toasted sugar on top.

The Service

Our server Mack was so awesome, the staff was all very friendly. They really care about your experience and they were not pushy about you leaving. They are very attentive to everything you are asking and help you make a decision.

Monday to Friday: 7AM – 4PM

Saturday to Sunday: 7:30AM – 4:30PM

Parking

Since the location was a mall, there was a ton of parking everywhere.

Last Words

We would go visit Bold Pizzeria again in the future to try a couple ore pizzas. Now that I think of it, we have to drive through Kamloops to get home, so maybe lunch there is in the future.
