C Market Coffee

After dinner we decided to have a coffee, so we drove out to Coquitlam to C Market. They just opened on April 9 and they are still in their Grand Opening phase.

The Interior

You walk into a wide open location with beautiful simple modern design. When you first walk in there is a little room on the right where they roast their own beans. Walking in smelling the amazing aroma of beans is an experience in itself. There is roughly 13 tables scattered around the open location with the bar across the back.

The Drinks

The menu has some amazing beverages and it was a little bit of a challenge to decide what we wanted to have.

I ordered a Pour Over with Ethiopia, Guji, Uraga for $6. It was really good made with a light roast. I enjoyed a couple Vegan Orange Cranberry Almond Biscotti ($4.25) and they were a delicious addition to the pour over.

My daughter ordered a Toasted Marshmallow Latte for $5.70. It was really cool, they put marshmallow fluff around the rim and toast it so it is lightly brown. They serve the drink with a couple graham crackers as well.

My wife ordered a Chai Latte for $4. It had really amazing flavour and it was the perfect size after eating the meal we had.

After seeing a bunch of people order a very pretty drink, we decided we had to try it too. The amazing drink was called a Lemon Blue Butterfly for $6. It was a beautiful tricoloured drink that was very refreshing. We definitely recommend it especially with heading into summer.

The Service

Everyone working was very friendly and very helpful. We asked a couple questions about their drinks and food and they were very accommodating in answering us.

Monday to Saturday: 7:30AM – 10PM

Sunday: 8AM – 9PM

Parking

It is located in a strip mall so there is a bunch of parking located around the cafe.

Last Words

We would love to go back and order some food as everything that was coming out of the kitchen looked absolutely amazing. If I hadn’t just had a really big meal, I would have ordered some of their food. Next time.
