Creamy chocolate hazelnut ganache melted into steamed milk and topped with a homemade chocolate hazelnut marshmallow and a side of whip cream.

So when I was first reading about this hot chocolate I was really worried because Hazelnut can be very overpowering and not good if over done. Luckily Ollia’s is delicious, it has a slight undertone of hazelnut flavouring.

The Hazelnut marshmallow is very sweet which was too sweet for my liking, but the homemade rocher was absolutely delicious. It was smooth and creamy and full of flavour.

Lets just say that I was very pleased with the way this hot chocolate turned out this year and I would suggest you checking it out if you like hazelnut.
